Project Overview

With nearly 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality home renovations, we took on the exciting challenge of transforming a standard new-build ensuite in Northamptonshire into a luxurious and functional space. The original bathroom was modest, featuring a small shower, a basic toilet, and a pedestal basin. While practical, it lacked both style and innovation. Our client envisioned a complete overhaul, combining increased functionality with a contemporary aesthetic. Working closely with them, we developed and executed a bespoke plan to bring their vision to life.

Execution

From the initial consultation to the final installation, we managed every aspect of the project. The design team carefully measured and planned the space to ensure all features fit harmoniously within the room. Removing the landing cupboard allowed the team to extend the shower area significantly. A built-in shelf was incorporated into the new shower space for added convenience, and a spacious shower tray was installed to complement the open design.

To maximise space efficiency, the team designed and installed a pocket door, which eliminated the need for a traditional swinging door and created a more open and accessible layout. The custom feature wall became the centerpiece of the room, blending practicality with elegance. The recessed LED mirror added both ambiance and functionality, while the wall-hung basin and concealed cistern created a clean and minimalist look.

Throughout the project, we used premium materials to meet the client’s expectations for a sumptuous look. Brushed brass was the overall theme for the ensuite so fixtures were carefully selected and installed to maintain a cohesive theme. Frameless glass panels gave the shower area a sleek, uninterrupted appearance, while the luxurious tiles added depth and texture to the design.

Results

The transformation was nothing short of stunning. The once-cramped beige bathroom was reborn as a sleek, spa-like retreat. The extended shower area, complete with a built-in shelf and brushed brass accents, became a key feature of the room. The installation of a pocket door enhanced the flow and functionality of the space, while the bespoke feature wall drew immediate attention with its recessed LED mirror, wall-hung basin, and concealed cistern.
